Mild suction of specific areas of the skin with plastic or rubber cups to decrease pain and inflammation, and increase blood flow and range of motion. 

*Redness may be present for up to one week.

Application of essential aromatherapy oils such as rose, lavender and eucalyptus to open up your airway, improve respiration and induce deeper relaxation. Incorporated into any massage.

Add $5.00 to any massage. 

Application of hot/cold packs or hot/cold anaelgesics to relieve sore muscles and tension. Incorporated into any massage.

Add $5.00 to any massage. 

Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for de-stressing at your office or special event.
